Had shifting issues with a 1 ton truck, received an estimate, was very satisfied with everyone at Klopp's, in addition I mentioned a couple things I believed were going to be an issue in the future. I was thoroughly impressed with the explanations I was given, the solutions offered and the fact that my oil cooling lines although not something I had noticed needed replacing. I was very comfortable with everyone, the quality of work performed, the reasonable price & the fact that they assured me they had looked the vehicle over and I should be good to go. After a complete explanation of what was done I was off. A fare distance from Canisteo NY but, I would make the trip again for sure.
